Excellent service! To be able to pick up the car, one employe from the company was waiting for us at the airport and at the end of the rental period another employe was waiting at our hotel to drop off the car. The process was very easy, the document were ready in advance and we were able to pay by credit card. We have the car delivered and collected from the airport. Our flight was delayed but they are waiting for us. We started our trip at Thessaloniki airport. The MOTOROADS guys were on time and already expected us and explained everything we wanted or had to know. After one week travelling through the Greek and Bulgarian mountains we eventually dropped the car at Thessaloniki. Second time I have used your service, both times I have been very happy with not only the amount charged for the car hire, but also the welcome from your staff at Sofia airport. Both times you have been at the correct terminal at the correct time, so thank you for that. The car provided is never the same as the one booked but always a good car, this time a Ford Focus, which drove very well and was economical on fuel. Thanks for your great service, I will return to Bulgaria in September and will book again with MOTOROADS Car rentals
