The service has always been perfect; I was picked up at the airport by the same driver, for a second time, who is polite and professional; The last time I hired I left a book in the car a month later on my next hire the first thing the delivery driver did was to return my book. We found the MOTOROADS service to be excellent. All the way from online booking, through the delivery of the car to our Sofia hotel, and the collection from our Sozopol hotel.
