To be able to pick up the car, one employe from the company was waiting for us at the airport and at the end of the rental period another employe was waiting at our hotel to drop off the car. The process was very easy, the document were ready in advance and we were able to pay by credit card. The car that they offered to us was as required with automatic transmission and was ever bigger that we expected
